At just 7 years old, Regina’s confidence was crushed by a teacher. She’s been on a journey to restore what was broken ever since. Today, she’s more than restored her own power—now she wants to help other women do the same.
As The Confidence Coach, Regina knows that there is a force within others just waiting to be called. She has developed a 3 “C’ confidence formula of clarity, courage and commitment to help others do just that: call their confidence back.
“I think the reason I can teach and mentor individuals on how to have more confidence in themselves is because I had to teach myself. I know what it feels like to not be confident, to not believe in myself.”

Truth is I haven’t always felt confident. I think the reason I can teach and mentor individuals on how to have more confidence in themselves is because I had to teach myself. I know what it feels like to not be confident, to not believe in myself. My journey to confidence started at a very young age. I was 7 years old when my teacher told me I wasn’t smart enough, I was told I’d never be able to read past a third grade level. That crushed me and from that moment on, I lived my life like the ” not smart enough girl” I shrunk myself so no one would really see me in every environment because I ever felt good enough.
Then my life took another turn. After high school. I had a son, became a single mother at 19 and to make things worse my mother, who was my biggest cheerleader, passed away. It crushed me but it also taught me that life is short and if I was going to do anything of value with my life, I would have to stop playing it small. I was going to have to play full out in this game called life. I made my mother a promise on her dying bed that from that moment on I was going to give life everything I had. I was already so low, I like to say, the only other choice I had was to bounce back. So that’s what I did. I enrolled in college, got a full time job as a bank teller, and started a fashion consulting business at the same time.
I remember I would charge people like $25 to give them a makeover. I didn’t know it then but I now know that experience was leading me to my passion which is what I get to do every single day, coach women all over the world how to use the power of confidence to truly become whatever you want in this life.
I like to say that confidence is the luxury vehicle that gets you from where you are to where you want to be and fast. I love to teach my 3 “C” confidence formula. In a nutshell the 3 “C”confidence formula states that you must have clarity to know what you want, the courage to go after what you want and the commitment to get the results you want. I believe to reach the level of confidence that makes you unstoppable in your life, career, and or business you need clarity, courage, and commitment. Once you develop this kind of confidence that comes from within nothing will be able to stop you!
