Molly King is #MadeForKnoxville
Molly knows how to throw a party–she’s been doing it for 20+ years. But Molly’s events aren’t exactly ordinary.
She has a knack for turning Knoxville’s unique spaces into the perfect venue–like the Long Table Dinners in the streets of the Old City–with her focus on “thinking outside the banquet hall.”
Molly utilizes her fellow Knoxville business community to source local makers and products in order to execute the exciting events. Her passion for bringing attention to local nonprofits motivates her creations and is just one way her business is giving back to the city.
“We focus on “thinking outside the banquet hall” by utilizing Knoxville’s unique spaces and venues as a setting for our events.”
In Their Own Words..
I have a 20+ year background in hospitality, catering, and event planning, and founded Molly Jo Events in 2017. While we offer planning services for all types of events, my primary focus and passion is our local nonprofit community, which led to the production of the wildly popular Long Table Dinner series in the Old City. We work with dozens of local chefs, brewers, distillers, photographers, florists, and Makers to produce not only the Long Table, but many other creative, immersive, and exciting nonprofit events throughout the City.
We focus on “thinking outside the banquet hall” by utilizing Knoxville’s unique spaces and venues as a setting for our events. We are motivated to create events that our guests are excited to attend, and which leave a lasting impression of both the nonprofit and the backdrop of our beautiful city.
