In Their Own Words

Maybe entrepreneurship is in my blood. Growing up, I watched my dad launch a business from our basement that would thrive for almost 30 years. But, I fought it long and hard, going to law school and then into the corporate world. On my journey, I had the good fortune to be surrounded by phenomenal leaders who knew that investing in their people was the ultimate key to success. I watched as their impact and example changed the lives of those they encountered and I was fascinated. I couldn’t help but want to know more. So, when it was finally time for me to strike out on my own, leadership development was a natural choice. Today, I’m blessed to support leaders across the country as they work to make their own impact on the world around them. Leadership isn’t always easy. There are endless challenges along the way. But, we make it our business to be sure leaders don’t have to face these challenges alone.
