Kerrie DeFalle is #MadeForKnoxville.

Kerrie believes health shouldn’t be a burden. Through KD Coaching, she helps busy women live a more sustainably healthy lifestyle.

With a mother and grandfather who were PE teachers, Kerrie didn’t have to look far for role models. The values of living a healthy and active lifestyle were instilled in her family’s DNA. Despite her natural inclination towards practicing a healthy lifestyle, Kerrie has dealt with obstacles to achieving this goal. When she was diagnosed with a health condition that limits the capacity of her liver and lungs, she realized she would have to fight to prioritize her health. Kerrie chose to pursue a career path that would allow her to reach her own health goals and guide others in their health journeys. As a PE teacher with an online health and fitness coaching business, she encourages children and women to make better health, nutrition, and weight loss goals.

“ I want to show and teach children and adults that even with their own obstacles, health or otherwise, they can reach their health and fitness goals.”

In Their Own Words…

I am an online health and fitness coach. I help busy women lose weight without giving up their favorite foods or hours in the gym. I teach them how to lose weight in a sustainable way and create a better relationship with foods.

I grew up in a healthy and active family and went on to become a PE teacher, following in my mother and grandfather’s footsteps. However, my health was not and is not perfect. I have a liver and lung condition that affects my lung capacity, functioning at 75%. This has inspired me to choose my career path. I want to show and teach children and adults that even with their own obstacles-health or otherwise, they can reach their health and fitness goals.
