Kelly Peterson is #MadeForKnoxville

Kelly is in the people business, quite literally–her business, LaborExchange Inc., matches dependable workers with jobs. But, as a result, Kelly’s work is helping Knoxville people, communities and businesses thrive.

Located in South Knoxville, Kelly and her team have a genuine compassion for the people and businesses they work with. Her aim is to continue using her work to help build up the community and “[help] the people right here in Knoxville flourish where they are planted.”

“My staff and I sincerely care about the people we place in jobs and truly want to help them succeed.”

LaborExchange Inc. Construction

 In Their Own Words..

My husband, Bill Peterson, started LaborExchange Inc. in South Knoxville 9 years ago. He put most of the blood, sweat and tears in it to build it into the business it is today. We place people in temporary and permanent jobs and enjoy doing it! I, Kelly Peterson, took over after he passed away 3 years ago. I had never run a business but was challenged by the opportunity to see what I could do with it. Every day is a different day in this business and I love that about it! I love that our business is located in South Knoxville, which is changing and growing with the community around it. I also love that we help local businesses thrive. I and my staff sincerely care about the people we place in jobs and truly want to help them succeed. We are in the people business and hope to continue helping the people right here in Knoxville flourish where they are planted!
