Jonathan Darling is #MadeForKnoxville

Jonathan is defining what it means to put your heart into leadership. Backed with over 14 years experience in business and sales leadership, he created Impact Leadership and the Impact Knoxville Leadership Conference to train leaders locally on how to make a difference in the lives of their teams, companies, and communities. 

Jonathan has an MBA in Organizational Leadership and is a John Maxwell certified Speaker and Coach. What sets him apart is the fact that he uses a “leadership is love” approach to encourage those in positions of power to take advantage of micro-moments to plant seeds of kindness in order to create a positive change in the lives of those around them. But he doesn’t just talk the talk. Johnathan leads by example and donates all the proceeds from his event to a Knoxville nonprofit working to impact our city.
