Drocella MugoreWera is #MadeForKnoxville.

With resilience and courage, Drocella has forged a path for herself–first as an executive, now as an entrepreneur.

Even before she was forced to leave Rwanda, Drocella was a woman of influence. Through her experience as a refugee, leaving her family and country behind, Drocella persevered and emerged as a community leader in Knoxville. For 6 years, she worked as the Executive Director of Bridge Refugee Services, bringing her skill and insight as a refugee woman to the organization.  In 2022, Drocella passed the baton of leadership at Bridge and started her own business as a diversity consultant, speaker, and executive coach. She now seeks to build healthy, resilient communities through her coaching to embrace diversity.

“I want to participate in the healing process of my community.”
