Devon founded Chic Flips Estate Sales & More, an estate and liquidation company, to meet her clients’ needs. In the process, she discovered another need to be met in Knoxville: manageable downsizing for the elderly community. 

Today, she works with other organizations that support the aging community, such as Tennessee Alzheimer’s, to empower and uplift senior citizens as they make important personal decisions about both their belongings and their lives.

I am a realtor and started the estate/liquidation sale company out of need for my clients. However I have discovered that there is a huge need for the elderly community who is trying to find out ways to downsize and liquidate without being overwhelmed. I am working with Tennessee Alzheimer’s and other similar groups to help the senior citizen community of Knoxville and surrounding areas to stay empowered, keep control over their lives, And make choices for themselves. We love what we do!
