Mason Burchette is #MadeForKnoxville.
When Mason and his partners founded True Metal Supply, they set out to change the metal roofing industry.
Never satisfied with maintaining the status quo, Mason and his counterparts have built True Metal Supply on taking care of people first and foremost. They say they are in the “people business,” because of their genuine care for their customers and employees. Of course, providing a quality product ranks high on their priority list as well. Their entire business is founded upon the values of Trust, Respect, Uprightness, and Excellence; which leaves no room for half-hearted work.
Mason brings years of experience in the industry and is a leader who prioritizes excellence. As a community-minded entrepreneur, he embraces the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and build a legacy for his family.
“You are not just building a future for your company, but a future for those around you, as well.”
In Their Own Words…
True Metal Supply is a customer service company that specializes in manufacturing, consulting, and selling residential metal roofing, as well as post frame buildings. We believe that everyone should have access to industry leading service, information, and quality products to protect their home.
A great deal of motivation and determination for True Metal Supply stems from my passion to build a legacy for my children and to serve God with our Kingdom minded company. In doing so, we believe we can provide True Service to the growing metal roofing and post frame market.
What led to entrepreneurship:
After many years in the industry and various positions leading others, entrepreneurship was a natural – and essential – next step in my journey to building God’s Kingdom. Starting a company provided us more opportunities to serve our team, customers, the community, and vendors.
Entrepreneurship also opened the door to implementing more solutions for our customers, going to market with a specific approach, building relationships, and leading our team with Trust, Respect, Uprightness, and Excellence.
Lessons learned:
Challenges are inevitable in life. As a leader, you are bound to face adversity, but your example will always carry more weight with your team than any hurdle you face. It’s important to promote positivity and a consistent work ethic in the present, while never taking your eyes off the horizon… Remember you are not just building a future for your company, but a future for those around you, as well.
